Programming by Design is a programming approach that applies concepts of UbD (Understanding by Design ©) to the learning of programming languages.
Goals:
- Provide learners with clearly defined learning outcomes and instructional tools designed to help learners succeed.
- Produce textbooks that engage learners in new and exciting ways. Most importantly, the content and approach to delivering the content should be ever-changing. Therefore, it is available online so learners can have constant access.
- Provide free resources to both learners and educators alike. Information should be free.
